These terms cover your use of the LinguaClip app and of LinguaClip Pro licenses. By downloading the app or buying a license you agree to them.
1. The app
The core of LinguaClip is free software released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0; your rights to that source code are set out in that license. The official builds we distribute also contain Pro features, which are proprietary and unlocked with a license key.
2. Pro license
- A Pro license is a one-time purchase that gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Pro features, for the lifetime of the product.
- One license can be activated on up to 3 computers that you personally use. You can deactivate a computer in the app to free a slot.
- The app verifies your license online at least once every 30 days. If a computer has not been online for 30 days, Pro is paused on it until it reconnects; free features are not affected.
- You may not share, resell or publish license keys, or remove, bypass or disable the license check.
- Pro features added in future versions are included in your license.
- Each copy of the app can try Pro on 3 different videos before a license is needed.
3. Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, invoicing, taxes and order-related customer service. Prices are shown on our website at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Your content and third-party services
- You are responsible for having the right to use the videos, subtitles and other files you open in LinguaClip, including anything you download with optional tools.
- Some features use third-party services that you choose to enable, such as online dictionaries, an AI provider you configure with your own API key, or cloud transcription. Those services are governed by their own terms and billed by them.
6. Activation
Activating, validating and deactivating a license requires an internet connection to our license server. Once activated, Pro features keep working offline. We may revoke a license that was obtained fraudulently, charged back, or shared in breach of these terms.
7. No warranty
LinguaClip is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any amount above what you paid for your license.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

本条款适用于你对 LinguaClip App 和 LinguaClip Pro 激活码的使用。下载 App 或购买激活码，即表示你同意本条款。中英文如有出入，以英文版为准。
1. App
LinguaClip 的核心部分是以 GNU Affero 通用公共许可证 v3.0（AGPL-3.0）发布的自由软件，你对这部分源代码的权利以该许可证为准。我们发布的官方安装包另外包含 Pro 功能，Pro 功能不开源，需要激活码解锁。
2. Pro 授权
- Pro 为一次性购买，你获得个人使用 Pro 功能的非独占、不可转让的权利，在产品存续期内有效。
- 一个激活码最多激活 3 台你本人使用的电脑，可在 App 内取消某台电脑的激活以腾出名额。
- App 至少每 30 天联网验证一次激活码。某台电脑连续 30 天没联网，这台电脑上的 Pro 会暂停，重新联网后恢复；免费功能不受影响。
- 不得分享、转售或公开激活码，不得删除、绕过或破坏激活校验。
- 以后版本新增的 Pro 功能包含在你的授权内。
- 每份 App 在需要激活码之前，可免费体验 Pro 功能 3 个不同的视频。
3. 购买
订单由我们的在线经销商 Creem 处理。Creem 是所有订单的记录商户（Merchant of Record），负责付款、开票、税费和订单相关的客户服务。价格以购买时网站上显示的为准。
4. 退款
退款按退款政策执行。
5. 你的内容和第三方服务
- 你在 LinguaClip 中打开的视频、字幕等文件（包括用可选工具下载的内容），应确保你有权使用。
- 部分功能使用你主动开启的第三方服务，如在线词典、你用自己的密钥配置的 AI 服务、云端转录。这些服务受其自身条款约束，并由其自行收费。
6. 激活
激活、验证和取消激活需要联网连接我们的激活服务器。激活后，Pro 功能断网也能使用。以欺诈方式取得、发生拒付、或违反本条款被分享的激活码，我们可以作废。
7. 免责
LinguaClip 按「现状」提供，不作任何形式的保证。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接或衍生损失负责，赔偿上限为你购买激活码所付的金额。
8. 变更
我们可能更新本条款，重大变更会在本页公布并更新日期。变更后继续使用即表示接受新条款。
